We are lucky enough to have our own Forest School at the back of our school field which is used by children in Early Years and Key Stage 1. Our fully trained members of staff have built up an exceptional outdoor area for the children which supports play, exploration and supported risk taking. Children are taught to use tools safely and have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities including playing in the mud kitchen, den building and campfire cooking. 

Rabbits and Hedgehogs had great fun at Forest School, going on litter patrol! We thought about ways to keep the Forest tidy and nice to visit, and decided to pick up any litter we could find. We also thought about what we would need to do this, so, armed with plastic gloves, litter pickers and black bags, we enjoyed picking up rubbish and putting it safely in a bin bag. Our Forest looks so much neater and tidier now!
