Number Day Sparks Joy and Learning at Warren Primary School

Warren Primary School was buzzing with excitement as pupils celebrated Number Day in style, donning creative outfits and diving into a full day of maths-themed fun—all in support of the NSPCC.

Children came dressed in vibrant number-themed attire, with many proudly sporting handmade tops featuring their favourite digits. The most popular choices? Sixes and sevens, which appeared in all shapes and sizes across the playground and classrooms.

Throughout the day, students engaged in a variety of maths activities tailored to their age groups. From number hunts and puzzles to interactive games and challenges, the school was transformed into a hub of numerical exploration. Teachers and staff joined in the spirit, encouraging curiosity and teamwork while reinforcing key mathematical concepts in a playful setting.

The event wasn’t just about fun—it carried a meaningful purpose. Thanks to the generosity of families and the enthusiasm of the children, Warren Primary raised an impressive £224 for the NSPCC, helping support the charity’s vital work protecting children across the UK.

Number Day proved to be a brilliant blend of learning, creativity, and community spirit. The school looks forward to making next year’s celebration even bigger and better.
