VUE Lakeside film viewings for Warren Primary School
This Friday, Warren Primary School was bursting with colour, creativity, and smiles as pupils took part in a special dress-up day to support BBC Children in Need. The theme? “Wear What Makes You Happy” — and our children embraced it with joy and imagination!
Today we will be holding a 2minute silence at 11 O'clock to honour all the armed forces members who have died in the line of duty.
On Sunday we took part in the Chafford Hundred Remembrance Service at Kershaw Close. We gathered to remember those who sacrificed their lives for us. They shall not be forgotten.
Warren Primary School are proud to be part of this service every year. Our school council members laid the wreath on behalf of the school and we hosted the community for refreshments afterwards.



A big thank you to Warren PTFA for their support in putting on the refreshments, the families who contributed baked goods and the volunteers who helped out today.
This week, Warren Primary School proudly joins schools across the country in marking Anti-Bullying Week 2025, a vital campaign that promotes kindness, respect, and inclusion in every classroom, corridor, and playground.

This month we have welcomed visitors and guest speakers to celebrate the richness and importance of celebrating Black identity, heritage and culture.
On the final day of this first term, we raised awareness of the Show Racism the Red Card campaign as the need for robust anti-racism education is more crucial than ever by flooding the school with RED.
Last week in advance celebration of Diwali the school came alive with colour. Our wonderful staff dressed in beautiful traditional attire and made scrumptious food to show the children the celebration of Diwali.
Two year 6 boys did an amazing job presenting their PowerPoint on Nigerian Independence Day during an Assembly to the whole school this week.
This half-term, our Year 1 pupils have been busy exploring food design in their Design and Technology (DT) lessons.
This is an annual event where Warren Primary pupils and staff are encouraged to swap school uniform for jeans / denim in exchange for a small donation. The day was filled with smiles, learning and laughter as pupils enjoyed another opportunity to show kindness and empathy towards others. Pupils enjoyed a variety of activities, including an informative assembly about the work of the charity, creative denim-themed design and colouring in competition and photo sessions in friendship groups. We are proud to say that our school community came together and raised £419 to support such a great cause and a massive heartfelt thank -you to everyone who donated, wore jeans and participated in the activities.
