Nursery

Nursery have been learning about good dental health and to demonstrate how different foods and drinks can affect our teeth they conducted an experiment. To replicate real teeth they used three hard-boiled eggs and placed each one into a different liquid - milk, water and Coca-Cola. The aim was to find out if any of the liquids would have an effect on the quality/colour of the egg shell. 

Year 1 

Year 1 were exploring simple chromatology using kitchen roll, water-based pens and pipettes. The children loved seeing the colours spread and change. 

Year 2 

In Year 2 we took part in the live online science lesson, investigating how to make a carrot float.
